You can return the product within 30 days of the product being shipped.
The product must be in original condition. If the product is damaged or used, no refund will be made.
When returning a product, be sure to include contact information and provide the tracking number and a brief description of the issue.
PKF Design suggests that you receive a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service as it makes it easier to track the package if needed.
PKF Design will make a refund if it is a valid return. If you have paid via invoice we need a bank account number so that we can transfer the money.
The easiest way to do that is to send us your bank account number via email.
In order to return your product we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Send your product to: PKF Design, Parallellvägen 7 E, 433 35, Partille, Sweden.
You have to pay for your own shipping costs for the products you return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How long it takes to get a new product depends on where you live. If you are sending an article worth more than SEK 700, it may be a good idea to use a delivery service that can be tracked or purchase a freight insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the goods you return.
Our refund policy is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, if it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
The product must also not have been used and must be in the same condition as when you received it. The product must be returned in the original packaging.
Once your returned product has been received and checked, we will notify you via email. We will also notify you and let you know if we will make any refund or not.
If the return is approved, repayment will be made automatically to your credit card or other payment method within a certain number of days.
If you have not received a refund when you were supposed to, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it sometimes takes a while for the refund to be credited. Then contact your bank as it usually takes some time before the repayment is made.

Refunds are made only for goods at the regular price - not for goods on sale or goods where a coupon has been used for purchases.
